Methodology:
EWCP set
of activities shall be implemented in
previously conflict hit areas with changes
depending upon the geographical, cultural
and social needs. The level of threat
against the workers will increase.
A project management unit (PMU) will be
based in Saidu-Sharif (Swat) and Sovarai
(Buner) depending upon lessons learnt and
with headquarter at Peshawar.
EWCP will work in close conjunction with
available communication technologies like FM
stations to spread awareness and if need be
develop radio content in support of the
project goals.
It is expected that senior staff will remain
in close touch with the field staff through
inspection visits and other monitoring
mechanisms.
Other partners will be encouraged to join
the effort to increase the coverage.
Field staff
shall be hired from the respective areas
that will collect comprehensive and precise
data from conflict hit areas keeping in view
the real problems faced by the conflict
effectees collectively. SOS helpline shall
be established in both PMU offices to make
it easy for conflict effectees.
